The conference facilities were well-equipped and facilitated my work needs exceptionally. I appreciated the clean and functional room which provided a comfortable space to unwind after long meetings.
While the hotel provided great service, the dining options were limited in the evening.

The Family Room was clean and pretty comfy overall. Loved that there was plenty of space, and the beds were decent. The bathroom had good water pressure, which is always a win. We had a few hiccups. the toilet clogged once, but the staff took care of it quickly. The decor looked a bit vintage, but it felt more cozy than outdated. Just wish the pillows were a bit better. Not a huge deal though! I appreciated the balcony for some fresh air and a nice view of the Dells.
